Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, tracking number(s) will be provided. We are not responsible for any packages once carrier services have completed drop off. Please make sure you or someone is home for arrival.
Northside nor carrier services are not liable for stolen/unattended packages after delivery.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES, ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED
UPS does not deliver to to PO BOXES, please provide a physical address. If we feel any order may be fraudulent we will contact you, if there is no response or proper documentation cannot be provided we will cancel the order.
 
Shipping for exchanges will not be refunded, customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Returns

UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON, NORTHSIDE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PLACED. WE ONLY OFFER PRE-APPROVED EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCT OR STORE CREDIT.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns unless the wrong item was shipped on the original order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product arrives smelling of detergent, cologne, natural herbs, or body odor, the exchange will be voided. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to without previous authorization from Customer Service.  All orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a store credit for the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping and tax.
There are certain situations where exchanges are ineligible:

• Any item not in its original condition, is used/worn, damaged or missing tags etc.
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery. (Without prior agreement

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
